Every project is reviewed before acceptance to confirm features, timing and price.
Website setup is paid in two stages. A 50% deposit starts the project, and the remaining 50% is due after final approval and before launch. The deposit becomes nonrefundable once substantive work begins.
Monthly website care begins at launch. It is separate from the setup balance, continues month to month and may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice.
Monthly website maintenance covers ordinary changes to existing text, photos, prices, hours or business information within the package limit: up to 30 minutes for Essential, one hour for Professional and two hours for Complete. Unused time does not roll over. Additional work is $75 per hour with a 30-minute minimum.
Advertising, arcade and social services are separate. Standard website maintenance does not include new weekly promotions, social posting, game rotation, prize administration or leaderboard management unless the matching add-on is selected.
Existing Website Refresh & Care is $499 flat for up to two compatible existing pages, with no monthly plan required. The client may handle future updates after the refresh or add ongoing care for $79 per month. Care includes one monthly update batch of up to 30 minutes plus mobile-display and key-link or form checks. Sites needing three to five pages or a structural rebuild move to the Essential Website package. The client keeps ownership and pays domain, hosting and platform costs directly. Major technical repairs, migrations and new features are separate projects.
Promotion and engagement can be added separately. Refreshed and newly built websites may add Live Gallery Advertising, Arcade Engagement, Weekly Advertising, the Return-Visit Bundle or a social-media plan at the service's listed setup and monthly rate.
Client expenses are separate. Domains, premium software, paid advertising and other third-party services are paid by the client.
Clients provide accurate business information and available content. Onsite photography is available through the $299 introductory Photo Session.
Secure manager access is used for connected platforms. Personal passwords should not be shared.
Results cannot be guaranteed. Search rankings, platform approvals, traffic and sales depend on third parties and market conditions.
Custom systems are quoted separately. This includes advanced stores, databases, regulated systems, native apps and entirely new custom games.
Additional website pages are quoted separately. Package allowances cover up to five pages for Essential, ten for Professional and fifteen for Complete. Page complexity, content preparation and special features may affect the quote.
Founding-client pricing is limited by package. Essential, Professional and Complete each have three introductory spots. When a tier's three spots are claimed, that tier returns to its displayed regular pricing regardless of availability in the other tiers.
